Ryan Nobles is an American journalist, born on September 15, 1976 in Western New York , United States. He works for CNN/CNN International as a Washington correspondent and is also a fill-in anchor for CNN shows. He previously worked for WWBT/NBC12.

Nobles from 1994 to 1998 went to the State University of New York College at Brockport where he graduated at the top of his class with a Bachelor of Communication. He later from 2003 to 2005 attended the State University of New York at Albany where he completed a Master of Public Administration.
