Soprano on HBO’s seies ‘The Sopranos’ for several seasons from 1999 to 2007 for which he earned numerous Screen Actors Guild nominations and awards. Iler entered the show business at the age of six when Jeff Mitchell’s talent management company J Mitchell Management discovered him on a Manhattan street. He immediately got a Pizza Hut commercial. He later appeared in numerous other commercials for AT&T, IBM, VH1, and ESPN.
He was featured on Season 4 of the game show’ Oz’ as a contestant in 1997. He soon landed Denny Harley’s role in Gary Winick’s’ The Tic Code,’ a film that tells a story of a single mother, her son with Tourette syndrome, and their relationship with a musician with the disorder as well.
The actor joined the cast of the crime drama series’ The Sopranos’ as A.J Soprano in 1999. Iler next featured as a guest in the television show’ Larry King Live’ before starring as Charlie in the 2002 romantic flick’ Tadpole’ alongside Sigourney Weaver, Aaron Stanford, Bebe Neuwirth, John Ritter and Kate Mara. He played a role in the superhero film ‘ Daredevil’ the following year.
In 2004, he featured in an episode in each of’ Law & Order: Special Victims Unit’ and’ The Dead Zone’ . Following a role in the sitcom ‘ Four Kings’ in 2006, he guest-starred TV shows ‘ The View’ and’ The Morning Show With Mike and Juliet.’ In 2009, he featured as Chad Klein in the’ Law & Order’ episode titled’ Lucky Stiff.’ One year, he had appearances in’ World Series of Poker’.
He had also appeared in the music video for Marilyn Manson’s track “Dope Hat” during his early days. He had made appearances on ‘Saturday Night Live’ as well before earning recognition.
