Brock is a Weekend Meteorologist for the WBTV team. She graduated from UNC. After watching Eric Thomas and Al Conklin, she decided to go back to grad school at Mississippi State to become a Meteorologist. Her career started at WBOY in Clarksburg, WV, and then she went to WFMZ in Allentown, PA less than a year later. It was way too cold up there! Her next job brought this southern girl back to North Carolina and WFMY in Greensboro. After getting out of the business and working for the Red Cross for a year, she returned to work with Eric and Al at WBTV! That works out well since her parents can watch from Hickory.

Leigh enjoys starting her weekend mornings with Kristi O’Connor and YOU! She will give you the weather to help you plan your weekend. They also test a fun product every week and sometimes even whip up something in the kitchen. They typically stick with recipes that have 5 ingredients or less. Both know they aren’t really chefs – but they enjoy getting to play one on TV! Also, she will give you your very latest weather forecast in the early evenings Monday through Wednesday.
