Kia Goodwin is an American actress and producer best known for her childhood appearance for two seasons as Tiffany Holloway on the 1985 NBC comedy sitcom, 227. She was born on August 2, 1973, in Montclair, New Jersey, USA.
Kia is also known for the movies Law & Order, released in 1990 and You’re Nobody ’til Somebody Kills You produced in 2012. In 1976, she made her first television appearance commercially for such products as M&M’s, Jello Pudding and AT&T. She played the role of Duffy in 1981 when she joined the First National Touring Company of Annie. In 1982, she joined the final Broadway cast of Annie playing the roles of Tessie and then Kate.
During the same time, she worked on an ABC Afterschool Special and then appeared on Growing Up on Broadway, released in 1984. She played Tiffany Holloway on the NBC television series, 227, as a series regular during the show’s first season. Kia was dropped from the series after the first season, due to the fact that writers found little to do with her character.
She co-starred along Jennifer Aniston in the film, “The Object of My Affection” in the year 1998. She appeared as a Young Nurse in “The Opportunists”, a movie released in 2000. Kia has also guest-starred on television shows such as Jake In Progress, Platinum, Barbershop, Law & Order.
