Daniels is an American journalist currently serving as the weekend sports anchor and multimedia journalist for WJHG/WECP . She joined WJHG/WECP Channel 7 News in March 2020. Before joining Channel 7 News, she was a news and sports reporter at WVUA in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, during her undergraduate years at the University of Alabama. She graduated from Alabama in December of 2019 with a degree in News Media and a concentration in sports. Julia covered the universities athletics as well as sports all throughout the Tuscaloosa community from high school football to the senior Olympics. She has also spent three fall semesters travelling around the Southeastern Conference with the SEC on CBS working with Jamie Erdahl, Gary Danielson, and Brad Nessler to broadcast SEC Game of the Week each weekend.

Originally from El Dorado, Arkansas, Julia is excited to no longer be landlocked and ready to delve into the world of sports that Panama City Beach has to offer.
