After trying out on country music the duo, the Canadian couple traded in their microphones for tool belts and began flipping houses. This was they were raising their kids. Kortney is an award-winning real-estate agent while Dave is a tireless house flipper. They have built their business through vacation rentals, property sales, and various flips.

Having more than 50 houses flipped to date, Kortney and Dave have become one of Nashville’s top house flippers. They are also known for their acute knowledge of the local real estate market and design aesthetic.
