Brett attended Mississippi State University in Starkville, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Meteorology with a minor in Communications.

Brett joined the KOB 4 weather team in February 2019. He can be seen first every weekday morning doing weather on KOB 4’s Eyewitness News Today alongside Steve Stucker. He is also the Meteorologist for KOB 4’s noon show. Prior to working at KOB 4, Brett worked in Greenville, Mississippi at WABG where he was the morning meteorologist.
When not working Brett loves to be outdoors. For most of his life, he has been into water sports– wakeboarding, wakeskating, and waterskiing and even competed in ski competitions while in college. Now that he is in New Mexico, he is excited to see what all the great mountains have to offer!
