Nobilo is an American journalist currently working as an anchor and correspondent for CNN TV since August of 2017.

Nobilo has covered the UK’s vote to leave the European Union and the current Brexit negotiations since joining CNN in 2013. She has interviewed a number of UK cabinet members and often reports on European politics from Brussels.

She sat down for a rare and exclusive interview with John Bercow, the Speaker of the House of Commons in the United Kingdom, in February 2019. Bercow defended his neutrality and duty as Brexit “referee” throughout the interview.

Nobilo has also hosted CNN Today, CNN International Desk, and CNN Newsroom, in addition to reporting. Nobilo was significantly involved in CNN International’s political coverage planning and newsgathering as a politics producer. She covered the Westminster terror attack, the London Bridge terror assault, the British General Election, the OPEC conferences, and the Article 50 triggering in 2017.

Exclusive interviews with IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde and the Lebanese Minister of Foreign Affairs have also been gained by Nobilo. In the run-up to the UK Brexit referendum, she also interviewed George Osborne on President Trump’s election and Nigel Farage, the architect of Brexit.

Nobilo graduated with honors from the University of Warwick with a first-class degree in history and a Master of Science in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics, where she focused on conflict. She also has many professional communications certifications and was the youngest ever recipient of a Fellowship in Communications, where she devised and conducted unique research on the impact of political leaders’ body language on electoral success.

Nobilo served in the Houses of Parliament as well as the defense and security industries before joining CNN. She has worked on three general election campaigns in the United Kingdom, as well as research, speechwriting, and campaigning for ministers and members of Parliament.
