McLeod an Emmy award winning American journalist currently serving as a Meteorologist for FOX 8 News. She is so excited to be a part of the Fox 8 family.  Beth  has been in Cleveland for over 20 years. CBS Sports in New York was Beth’s first TV job and she spent time at WDIV in Detroit before landing at Fox 8. Her studies took her to two different MSUs! Michigan State and Mississippi State Universities.

Her family lived in Bay Village until Beth started 1st grade. Her parents never wanted to leave but her dad worked for Detroit Diesel which was part of what is now known as the IX Center. They moved to Detroit where Beth spent the majority of her childhood. Needless to say, her parents were extremely excited when Beth said she was moving back to Bay Village. One of the first questions her parents asked after finding out about her new job: was Dick Goddard still on the air? She is the proud fur-mom to 4 rescue dogs. Beth spends her spare time running, cooking and watching the Cavs, Tribe and Browns.
